The McAlester Public Works Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. after proper notice and agenda was posted January 5, 2007.

Present:            Haven Wilkinson, Sam Mason, Buddy Garvin, Donnie Condit, Greg Rock, Travis Read, Don Lewis & Robert Ivester

Absent: None

Presiding:          Don Lewis, Chairman

Minutes for the regular meeting held December 26, 2006, were approved, as distributed.

Mr. Condit moved for approval of claims in the amount of $51,394.51, seconded by Mr. Rock.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Garvin, Rock, Read, Wilkinson, Condit, Mason & Chairman Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Authority, Mr. Condit moved              for the meeting to be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Rock.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Garvin, Rock, Read, Wilkinson, Condit, Mason & Chairman Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.
