The McAlester Public Works Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. after proper notice and agenda was posted January 19, 2007.

Present:            Haven Wilkinson, Sam Mason, Buddy Garvin, Donnie Condit, Greg Rock, Travis Read, Don Lewis & Robert Ivester

Absent: None

Presiding:          Don Lewis, Chairman

Minutes for the regular meeting held January 9, 2007, were approved, as distributed.

Mr. Mason moved for approval of claims in the amount of $54,288.42, seconded by Mr. Read.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Read, Condit, Wilkinson, Mason, Rock, Garvin & Chairman Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Authority, Mr. Mason moved              for the meeting to be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Read.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Read, Condit, Wilkinson, Mason, Rock, Garvin & Chairman Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.
