The McAlester Public Works Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. after proper notice and agenda was posted February 23, 2007.

Present:            Haven Wilkinson, Sam Mason, Buddy Garvin, Donnie Condit, Greg Rock, Travis Read, Don Lewis & Robert Ivester

Absent: None

Presiding:          Don Lewis, Chairman

Minutes for the regular meeting held February 13, 2007, were approved, as distributed.

Mr. Mason moved to concur with Council action to rescind RESOLUTION NO. 94-14 establishing a reserve fund for Subtitle “D” to comply with Federal mandated Subtitle “D” regulations.  Mr. Condit seconded the motion, and the vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Mason, Read, Rock, Condit, Wilkinson, Garvin & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

Mr. Mason moved for approval of claims in the amount of $47,055.25, seconded by

Mr. Condit.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Mason, Read, Rock, Condit, Wilkinson, Garvin & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Authority, Mr. Mason moved              for the meeting to be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Condit.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Mason, Read, Rock, Condit, Wilkinson, Garvin & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.
