The McAlester Public Works Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. after proper notice and agenda was posted March 9, 2007.

Present:            Haven Wilkinson, Sam Mason, Buddy Garvin, Donnie Condit, Greg Rock, Travis Read, Don Lewis & Robert Ivester

Absent: None

Presiding:          Don Lewis, Chairman

Minutes for the regular meeting held February 27, 2007, were approved, as distributed.

Mr. Read moved to concur with Council action on Bid award to Frontier International Trucks, Inc., in the amount of $101,529.44 for the purchase of a new Commercial Roll-Off Hoist Truck and Chassis.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Mason, and the vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Rock, Mason, Garvin, Wilkinson, Read & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

Mr. Read moved for approval of claims in the amount of $117,162.83, seconded by

Mr. Mason.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Rock, Mason, Garvin, Wilkinson, Read & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Authority, Mr. Read moved              for the meeting to be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Mason.  The vote was taken as follows:

AYE:  Trustees Rock, Mason, Garvin, Wilkinson, Read & Lewis

NAY:  None

Chairman Lewis declared the motion carried.
