MEETING DATE: Every other month on the second Wednesday of the month. ORGANIZATION: Board shall consist of seven (7) members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval by the Council. Mayor shall appoint a chairman with the approval of the Council. The Members, shall elect a vice-chairman and a secretary as soon as practicable after the first meeting of each year. The Board Members are appointed for three (3) year terms, which shall expire on December 31. Members shall serve without compensation. |
