McAlester Industrial Park
The 500-acre Steven W. Taylor Industrial Park contains certified ready sites, excess utility capacity, 4-lane highway connectivity, rail service with access to two different main lines, and no encroachment or floodplain concerns. Of the remaining 300 developable acres, the City is willing to subdivide, lease, or sell for job creation projects. The Industrial Park is zoned Light Industrial.
