Composition
The Retirement Trust Authority consists of the mayor and City Council with their terms of office corresponding with the terms of the offices of Mayor and City Council.
Purpose
The Retirement Trust Authority shall administer the employees’ defined benefits plan and approve pension payments to retirees.
