Southside Area Reinvestment Review Committee

McAlester's Southside Area Reinvestment Review Committee, commonly referred to as a TIF Committee, exists under the Local Development Act to review and make recommendations concerning any increment district, plan, or project to the Planning Commission and the City Council. 

The committee meets on an as-needed basis.
