Open Records Requests
The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for public records and other information, including all resolutions and ordinances that are adopted by the City Council.
Public records and other information can be requested from the City Clerk’s Office by submitting a Request for Public Records online or you can download a PDF file.
Historical information that is not available from the City Clerk’s Office can be obtained from the Pittsburg County Genealogical and Historical Society at (918) 426-0388.
