Licenses expire June 30 of each year, Ordinance #2621, Ch. 22, Article VIII

Copy of Pittsburg County Health Department Permit required, Oklahoma Tax Commission permit and liability insurance coverage. If applicable, a written notarized statement by legal owner of any private land upon which food mobile truck is located authorizing the use of the land for the purposes desired by the applicant.
