Apply for a Residental (Garage) Sale Permit

The City of McAlester allows for residential sales, often referred to as "Garage Sales," that last up to 3 days once every 6 months per address. A permit costing $5.00 is required for each sale can be obtained by filling out the form below or by calling (918) 423-9300 ext. 4952.

Please note that posting of signs other than at the address of the sale is in direct violation of Sec. 62-585 and Sec. 82-76 of the McAlester Code of Ordinances. Violations could be subject to code enforcement efforts by the City.
