Craft Food & Beverage

The rich history of the area is deeply intertwined with the Craft Food and Beverage industries. Even during the early days of statehood, local entrepreneurs were producing specialty food and beverage items. Several of those ventures became family-owned businesses that continue to operate today and have become agri-tourism destinations for travelers.

Krebs Brewing Company
Krebs Brewing Company is a local brewery that produces the world-famous craft brands Choc Beer and Prarie Artisan Ales. Other local food producers, such as Spaceship Earth Coffee roastery, supply Krebs Brewing for specialty products. Krebs Brewing hosts the Little Festival on the Prairie, an annual event for nation-wide brewers to share their products with locals.

Lovera's Handcrafted Foods
Part of the Made in Oklahoma (MIO) Coalition, Lovera's is a combination Italian market and wholesaler of award-winning cheeses and cured meats, such as the popular Caciocavera Traditional cheese. Lovera's utilizes locally-sourced milk from Oklahoma cow and goat dairies. Other product lines include artisan pasta, sauces, and imported olives.
