Economic Development Director
The Director exists to ensure the economic growth is aligned with the vision to create a robust and thriving economy in Pittsburg County. The Director is responsible for initiating, supporting, and managing key economic development projects on behalf of the City. The primary focus areas of this role are industrial recruitment, business retention and expansion, job creation, and increasing the tax base. The Director will work closely with businesses, developers, investors, government agencies, and community groups to identify and promote economic development opportunities.
