45 DAY EXTENSION PAY PLAN

The Judge allows a 45 day extension to pay if you meet the following requirements.
1. Fill out the form below prior to the original Court Appearance date on your citation.  Do not wait until the day of court.
2. Guilty plea
          Guilty: A criminal defendant's admission to the court that he or she committed the offense he or she is charged with and his or her agreement             to waive the right to trial.
3. Agree to have the citation(s) paid IN FULL by the date specified by the court ( 45 days beyond the Court Appearance ).

Once accepted if you fail to pay in full by the specified date a Warrant will be issued for your  arrest and your driving privileges suspended.

THE COURT WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AS TO YOUR ELIGIBILITY/ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAM.
