City offers help for Neighborhood Watch programs

The City of McAlester is offering free help by starting Neighborhood Watch programs in neighborhoods throughout the city.
The McAlester Police Department makes presentations about various police programs to community, senior and school groups. One of those programs is Neighborhood Watch.
