New Hours of Operation for Utility Billing, Courts

The City of McAlester’s Water Utility Billing and Municipal Court Offices, and Police Department Records, will now be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed on Fridays beginning June 26, 2020.  Currently, anyone needing to visit in person should call 918-423-9300 to schedule an appointment. Online payments for both offices can be made without a fee through our website here and utility payments are accepted without fees at Paysite Kiosks located at Pruett’s Foods and the Choctaw Nation Travel Plaza when those locations are open.
